Your order will not appear as Kinkster Co, as we abbreviate our name. The exact name that will appear on your card statement or in your PayPal account can be found in your order confirmation email.

Possibly! Contact us here as soon as possible and if your order hasn't shipped then we can arrange to cancel it and provide a full refund - don't forget to include your order number when contacting us.

We ship worldwide (with the exception of a handful of countries that most likely wouldn’t like us).

Since some of our products are made on demand, orders take approximately 2-5 business days to produce, fulfill and ship (on average). Larger orders may take longer and may ship as multiple packages so you get your gear faster (no additional fees apply!).

All orders include partial tracking as a minimum, with some having full tracking. We will send you a tracking number once your order ships out.

Our products don't exactly scream 'discreet', but...

We do our best to ensure our packaging is as discrete as possible. We abbreviate our name on the packing slip and product descriptions are as generic as possible, such as ‘Unisex Cotton Shirt’.

However due to sudden changes with our fulfillment partner, customs requirements and some destination countries we’re unable to guarantee the exact product name is not listed on the packaging.
