Returns Policy

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Out of courtesy, we extend this entitlement to our international customers too.

Quality Guarantee

Our quality guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

We believe that if we wouldn’t buy it or wear it then we wouldn’t sell it… so we’ve spent more than 2 years testing our merch to make sure we only stock the best products available. That’s 2 years of daily testing – work, rest and play – to make sure you’re getting the highest quality product possible.

We’re so confident that if you feel one of our products doesn’t meet our high quality standards then we will replace the product for free (that’s a free replacement and free shipping).

If you believe you have received a product that doesn’t meet our standards, please contact our team here – make sure you include photos of the problem so that our team can assess the potential for a free replacement.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or if you picked a wrong color or wrong size. Having said this, if you do have a problem please contact our team here to see if we are able to assist.
